The Bentley Continental GT range has a new king – the Continental GT Mulliner. Representing new levels of luxurious dynamism, the Continental GT Mulliner blends the phenomenal performance of the GT Speed with the opulent comfort of the recently-launched Azure, then adds in Mulliner’s bespoke touch to create the pinnacle of Bentley’s two-door range.
To achieve its breath-taking 0-60mph time of 3.5 seconds and top speed of 208mph, the Continental GT Mulliner is powered by an updated version of Bentley’s legendary 6.0-litre W12 engine, handcrafted at Bentley’s Crewe factory. Producing 650bhp, it betters the power output of the standard W12 engine by 24bhp and matches its 900Nm of torque.
On the road, the Continental GT Mulliner offers the very best of both worlds at the touch of a button; a torque vectoring electronic limited-slip differential and all-wheel steering system ensures the driver is treated to the most dynamic and engaging driving experience possible, while Bentley’s three-chamber active air suspension with adaptive damping means the Continental GT Mulliner offers a superlative ride quality, in any conditions.
Mulliner’s magic styling touch means the interior is a luxurious landscape that has been spared nothing when it comes to premium materials, offering customers extensive opportunities to personalise the look and feel to reflect their individual tastes. Exclusive to the Continental GT Mulliner is a unique colour split with a new combination of primary and secondary hide joined by a third colour through a flowing design line. Eight different three-colour combinations are proposed by Mulliner, using Bentley’s palette of hides and threads to create striking yet elegant contrast throughout the cabin.
Showcasing the finest of British craftsmanship, the “Diamond in Diamond” quilting on the seats, door trims and rear quarter panels is made up of almost 400,000 stitches, with each diamond containing exactly 712 individual stitches.
