Led by the talented team at Daylesford Organic—the award-winning farm collective—Bentley has crafted an organic and decidedly authentic British picnic of seasonal flavours to compliment the Linley Hamper by Mulliner for the Bentayga.
Envisioned by Daylesford Executive Chef, Gaven Fuller, the picnic utilises only the best in organic seasonal produce, in much the same way Bentley only utilises the best in automotive engineering and construction.
Every element of the meal—from the buckwheat tabbouleh, and wild mushroom, truffle and gruyere arancini, to the roasted squash and balsamic red onion tartlets and red kuri squash, chilli and chickpea cakes—is Autumn through and through.
Even the picnic’s centrepiece—a carved Daylesford pumpkin filled with green kale, heritage apples, crispy bacon, toasted seeds and a honey mustard dressing—owns a decidedly “fall-is-in-the-air” flair.
The picnic culminates with raspberry macaroons buttressed with buttercream filling, chocolate praline slices, and a lemon-raspberry gateau.
The mouth-watering boot-kept banquet is served from the magnificent Linley Hamper by Mulliner.
Including only the finest in tableware and cutlery, the hamper itself is a sight to behold.
All plates, cups, and saucers are sourced from Haviland—the world-renowned French porcelain maker—while the four sets of silver cutlery come from the award-winning minds at Alta Robbe and Berking.
In assembling the niceties of the hamper, the artisans at Mulliner spared no expense, understanding the hamper needed to exquisitely echo the magnificence of the Bentayga driving experience.
Each of the hamper’s three unique compartments are lined in hand-trimmed leather—available in an array of colour schemes—and for those seeking a custom touch, Mulliner is happy to offer embroidery of a name, logo or family crest.
