Bugatti at Salon Prive

H.R. Owen Bugatti hosts debut of Chiron Super Sport 300+ at Salon Privé

H.R. Owen Bugatti London hosted the UK debut of the first-ever production car to break the 300mph barrier at this year’s Salon Privé – the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+. Forming part of the H.R. Owen Bugatti display at the event at the end of September, the record- breaking car was displayed alongside two World Record Edition Veyrons in a show of hypercar strength.

The incredible Chiron Super Sport 300+ last year hit a verified 304.77mph. A masterpiece of function and aerodynamics, the Chiron Super Sport 300+ delivers the perfect balance of downforce and low drag. The bodywork is extended and aerodynamically optimised for performance at extremely high speeds, while the W16 8.0 litre quad-turbo engine delivers an incredible 1,176kW/1,600 HP.

The Veyron World Record Edition was designed to commemorate the Veyron’s top speed record, now held by the Chiron, featuring a bare black carbon fibre body with orange carbon fibre accents and orange wheels. Only five coupés and three roadsters were ever built, also appropriately with the standard Veyron’s speed limiter removed.

H.R. Owen Bugatti London is unique in its ability to bring together the two rarities at Salon Privé. Nestled among the exclusive boutiques and ateliers of London’s Mayfair district, H.R. Owen Bugatti London is consistently one of the top Bugatti retailers in the world, featuring a number of pieces from the Bugatti Home Collection, including specially designed armchairs made of the finest leather and blue carbon fibre.

The showroom itself also reflects Bugatti’s history and heritage, with a selection of art installations and sculptures that celebrate the brand beyond the cars. H.R. Owen Bugatti is more than just a car showroom, instead it is designed to convey a shared passion for the Bugatti brand and everything it stands for.
