We hope you are well in this difficult time and we want to assure you that we are doing our best to ensure staff are available to assist you with any queries you may have. To this end, we have collated a list of Frequently Asked Questions which we will update as times go on and information changes, keeping you as informed as possible.

Is my test drive still going ahead?

Unfortunately all of our H.R. Owen sites are temporarily closed, in line with government guidelines at this time. If you would like to book a test drive for when we reopen, please contact us and we will notify you of availability as soon as we are able.

Can I bring my service/MOT forward and can you pick up and collect?

Unfortunately all of our H.R. Owen sites are temporarily closed, in line with government guidelines at this time. We are working to ensure we have suitable capacity for our customers when we reopen and will notify you of availability of bookings as soon as we are able, if you have any immediate concerns then please contact us. All MOT’s due on or after March 30th are subject to a 6 month extension, please find information on the government guidelines here.

Will you take the vehicle back on finance earlier?

H.R. Owen is a financial broker, not a lender. To discuss the terms of your finance you will need to speak to your finance provider. If you would like support with this, please contact us and a member of staff will do their best to support you.

Are your sites open as normal?

Do you have any vacancies at the moment?

We are not currently hiring during this time of closure, but please visit our careers website to see any updates and view any future vacancies that may arise.

Can you still take parts enquiries?

You may make an enquiry through our contact forms here, but due to our temporary business closure we may not be able to fulfil your enquiry at this time.

Can I make an advance booking for any work at this time?

We are not currently taking advanced bookings, however we will communicate our bookings system once we are able to give more details about reopening. We are working hard to put systems in place to ensure we have suitable capacity to help our customers on reopening.

Can I collect my car that is with you (body-shop or service)?

Unfortunately, our businesses are all currently closed. If you have a specific or urgent reason that this may be required, please contact us and we will do our best to help within the health and safety guidelines in place.

When will your showrooms and service centres reopen?

We are constantly monitoring the situation and the latest government advice. We will only reopen our sites when it is safe for your staff and customers. As soon as we have proposed dates for reopening, we will make suitable announcements to our customers, partners and fans.

Do you have advice on keeping your car in good working order during lockdown?

Our service centre teams are putting together a short guide, covering the easy things you can do to keep your car running well during long periods of inactivity. We will publish this as soon as we can!

Can I still buy a car from you?

You are still able to speak to a member of our sales team if you’re interested in buying a car, and our website is up to date with all the latest model releases from our brands. However, we will be unable to deliver or handover cars at this time. As soon as these restrictions are lifted, we will let you know.
