After very careful consideration in these very challenging times, the H.R. Owen Group has today made the decision to temporarily close all physical sales operations to maintain the health and wellbeing of its employees and our customers. We will also be closing our aftersales facilities on Wednesday 25th March. Over the past days and weeks, we have been monitoring the spread of COVID-19 very carefully, while making arrangements to complete all necessary work in line with the evolving government guidelines in our physical locations. As of 18:00 today (23 March) all of our sales staff will move to working from home.
While our physical operations are closed, all our team will be moving to working at home and all phones will be diverted. So, should you require anything from our sales or customer service teams, please do continue to contact them on the normal showroom phone number or use one of our e-mail addresses – they will be happy to assist in any way they can. Our service centre numbers will also be redirected, and our staff will be able to provide you with the latest information if your vehicle is currently with us.
In the meantime, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for your support. As many wise people have commented lately we will come through this if we pull together. We look forward to better times ahead.
