Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London, operated by the H.R. Owen Group, has won two awards in Rolls-Royce’s Regional Dealer Awards, cementing its position as one of the best-performing retailers in the world. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London was the only UK retailer named, winning two of six regional awards.
Presented annually, the awards seek to recognise Rolls-Royce dealerships around the world delivering exemplary service and results. This year, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London was named victorious in the Ownership Services Dealer of the Year and Financial Services Dealer of the Year categories. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London is one of 26 retailers throughout Europe, and one of eight in the United Kingdom.
These latest accolades for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London, follow on from an overall Rolls-Royce Global Dealer of the Year of the award in 2018. In the process of securing the award, the dealership exceeded 100 per cent in all areas measured, including sales, service, marketing and parts supply.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London will continue to invest in its offering, and will reveal more details later this year of an all-new multi-million-pound global flagship showroom in Mayfair. The new site – located on Berkeley Street opposite the Mayfair Hotel – is twice as large as the previous premises on Berkeley Square, delivering the very latest in cutting-edge design and customer experience.
