Aston Martin Cheltenham and Specialist Cars Open Day

With winter just around the corner, Aston Martin Cheltenham and H.R. Owen Specialist Cars opened up for a day of fine food, wonderful gifts, thrilling test drives and complimentary vehicle health checks.

Guests were able to browse the fantastic selection of the latest pre-owned supercars in the H.R. Owen Specialist Cars showroom, or wander among the cutting-edge DBS Superleggera, DB11 and Vantage in the Aston Martin Cheltenham showroom. Away from all the exotic metal on display, visitors were treated to plenty fine refreshments throughout the day, including savoury and sweet crepes from The Warwickshire Crepe Company and a sample of artisan non-alcoholic Gin and Tonic from Sea-Arch Gin.

Three of Britain’s finest supercars: the Bentley GT, Aston Martin DB11 and Vantage, were available for test drives, with prospective customers being given the chance to experience the latest evolution of more than 100 years of Aston Martin and Bentley performance innovation. Tapping into the 503bhp produced from the front-mounted 4.0L V8 in the Vantage, customers took to local roads to get to grips with the car’s incredible driving prowess. The V12-powered DB11 and Bentley GT, meanwhile, saw customers heading to the Cotswold hills, making the most of the last fair-weather conditions of the year.

Beards Jewellers, Bang & Olufsen and Molton Brown of Cheltenham gave customers some festive present inspiration with a tempting selection of their latest product offerings. Molton Brown’s newest range of fragrant festive limited-edition candles and bodywash selections filled the dealership with an incredible Christmas aroma.

Christmas even came early for one lucky customer of H.R. Owen Specialist Cars. A new Porsche was waiting for her at the dealership, bought as a secret present and handed over while her other half was out on a test drive.
