Celebrating Craftmanship Without Boundaries: The Bentley Mulliner Collection

An extraordinary evening unfolded at the Jack Barclay showroom in Mayfair, London, as an exclusive soirée paid homage to all things Mulliner and celebrated the exquisite artistry of true craftmanship beyond the automotive form.

The bringing to life of exceptional bespoke creations can take many forms. At a special evening at Jack Barclay Bentley, examples of peerless luxury cars and the world’s finest handcrafted clothes, along with shoes, quite literally fit for a King, were displayed, and celebrated.

While the Bentley Huntsman GTC and the majestic Bentayga EWB Edition held centre stage, delighted attendees also had the unique opportunity to witness a live Huntsman tailor display. The Huntsman Editions were, of course, created through a unique creative partnership between Jack Barclay Bentley and the renowned Savile Row tailor, Huntsman.

Also gracing the showroom floor was the stunning de Havilland Bentayga, the rapid Flying Spur Speed Edition 12, and a captivating GT with an alluring apple green and blackline finish. These selections further illustrated Bentley’s commitment to diversity in luxury, displaying a perfect marriage of modernity and tradition that defines the brand.

Adding an element of regal elegance was the presence from Gaziano & Girling, renowned for their sophisticated footwear. Simon Jones, from the Savile Row brand, displayed a selection of their finest bespoke footwear, including King Charles III’s last that helped tell the story of how the shoemakers were asked to adapt a pair of shoes the company had already made for the then Prince of Wales, so that he could wear them at his coronation.

The event’s ambience was heightened by the tunes from a live DJ, whose beats echoed throughout the showroom, blending seamlessly with the murmurs of guests and the clink of glasses. Superior canapés were elegantly served while guests sipped on artisan drinks from Savile Row Gin.

As the extraordinary evening drew to a conclusion, guests were left in awe of what the craftsmanship of Mulliner has succeeded throughout its 500-year legacy. For those with the most discerning of tastes, the Huntsman Edition cars are now available for private viewings. For further information, or to speak to the Jack Barclay team, please click here.
