Two H.R. Owen premières raise over £2,300 for charity
H.R. Owen’s chosen charity, Rays of Sunshine, now has more funds to spend on special moments for seriously ill children – and they have the world’s most famous Aston Martin driver to thank.
Two red carpet charity screenings of the new Bond film Spectre, hosted on October 26th by Aston Martin Reading and Cheltenham respectively, raised over £2,300 for the charity. Guests of the two H.R. Owen dealerships enjoyed champagne and canapes before the screenings and plentiful supplies of popcorn and nibbles to sustain them through the nail-biting action.

Spectre has received rave reviews from the critics and the film also featured the futuristic Aston Martin DB10 driven by Daniel Craig as Bond. Sadly the DB 10 won’t be appearing in our showrooms any time soon, but Aston Martin reveals that the concept ‘gives a glimpse to the future design direction for the next generation of Aston Martins.’

Aston Martin Reading’s black tie screening was held at Showcase Cinema while sister dealership Aston Martin Cheltenham hosted their guests at The Screening Rooms. Both exclusive events were the hottest tickets in town!
