Aston Martin Cheltenham, operated by the H.R. Owen Group, has been named Aston Martin UK Dealer of the Year 2020, as well as Aftersales Customer Satisfaction Index Dealer of the Year. Awarded annually, the awards recognise the best among a network of 19 Aston Martin retailers nationwide.
Judged across a number of criteria, including overall customer satisfaction, sales, Aftersales and more, the Aston Martin Cheltenham showroom was named the best in the country. What’s more, its specific Aftersales CSI award highlighted the team’s exceptional dedication to ensuring the very highest levels of customer service throughout servicing, maintenance and repair work.
During a difficult year of lockdowns and restrictions, Aston Martin Cheltenham’s Aftersales operations remained open throughout, carrying out critical work to keep customers mobile. Stringent COVID-secure procedures were put into place to ensure all work is carried out safely and all cars are returned to customers completely sanitized.
Throughout lockdowns the showroom itself was closed to physical visits, but continued to operate with virtual walkarounds and new digital sales processes – always with a customer-first approach. When allowed to open, the showroom operated by appointment only, with strict visitor numbers, sanitising stations, one-way systems and mandatory masks, creating a totally safe environment for staff and visitors.
Aston Martin Cheltenham celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2020, supported by a legion of loyal and friendly customers. On behalf of the team, we extend a huge thank you to all of our Aston Martin Cheltenham customers for their support, especially during the difficult times of the last 12 months.
H.R. Owen also operates represents BAC, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Puritalia, Rimac and Rolls-Royce, as well as operating a pre-owned luxury and supercar showroom, Specialist Cars, located adjacent to Aston Martin Cheltenham. Its showrooms consistently rank among the best in the world, with Global Dealer of the Year awards for its Rolls-Royce and Ferrari operations in recent years.
