– 25th – 28th April 2013: Surrey –
Despite – or perhaps because of – the famous British weather, we’re partial to open tourers in this country. Fortunately, with marques like Bentley, hood-up motoring in the rain and snow offers all the protection from the elements of the equivalent coupe, with the advantage that you can take advantage of every mild and sunny spell at the touch of a button. Broughtons of Surrey hosted a special ‘convertible celebration’ day from 25th April, bringing together the largest possible selection of new and used Bentley convertibles for customers to enjoy including the first ever racing Bentley; the 1921 EXP 2 on loan from Bentley Motors’ own private collection. We also persuaded our H.R. Owen dealership colleagues to join in the fun and bring examples of open-topped motoring from Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Rolls-Royce. Our Factory Trained Technicians were also on hand to personally answer any questions about our customer cars, with a special menu of fixed price jobs available for the duration of the Convertible Celebration.
