Message from the CEO to our customers – update on trading

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support over the last few months since we were able to start trading normally again.

In the light of the announcement by the Prime Minister on Saturday 31 October, I wanted to update you on our plans for the next few weeks starting on Thursday 5 November.

All of our service, repair, MOT and body shop businesses will remain open as normal for service, repair and MOT – it is essential we keep you mobile and vehicles remain maintained safely. The sites are regularly checked that they remain ‘COVID secure and compliant’; our first responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

New and Used Car Sales will continue as usual. The physical showrooms will be closed to customers but we will be delighted to assist you as before, via phone, webchat or email. Vehicle handovers will be arranged with you individually, in a way that suits each customer best and keeps everyone safe. If you cannot reach your usual contact, please call the showroom number as we will diverting all calls to a member of the sales team.

Rest assured we will be back to normal trading as soon as conditions and the rules allow.
