Firstly, may I wish you a happy and healthy 2021!
Following the announcement of the new national lockdown following on from Tier 4 alterations on 30 December, we are changing how we support our customers in response.
It is important to restate that we take the health and welfare of our customers and staff very seriously and will always make sure this is reflected in how we work. Throughout 2020, we have made tactical changes to how we do business to reflect UK Government policy and this will continue for as long as it is necessary.
Therefore, please call us as normal to initiate or progress a sales enquiry as we will be fully functional remotely. Whilst the sales showrooms will be closed for sales customers we will be working as usual by phone and online.
Our service and repair activity is deemed to be ‘essential retail’ and will continue as usual but we will make sure we can help you with your requirements without the need for you to travel where we can; we have increased our capacity to collect and deliver to achieve this.
We look forward to welcoming you in person more often when these restrictions are adjusted as the vaccination programme begins to bear fruit. In the meantime, thank you for your continued custom.
